Our culinary experience is based on authentic, seasonal home-made food with a hint of modernness. We are proud of our natural cooking style, where we use exclusively local, fresh ingredients. More than 90% of dishes are made from scratch in our kitchen. We seek our inspiration in traditional dishes from Dolenjska region with a hint of modernness. Our vision is to offer our guests a wholesome and complete experience.

Story about Barba is a story about a time. A time and space, which is different and yet so close, so much like home. This is a story about that time, when natural was preferred over artificial, when it didn’t matter how the table was set-up and how everything is presented. That is exactly what we had in mind when Gostilnica Barba was created. We want you to be a part of this story and we want you to feel at home with us.
